Min 1: 1 Wall Ball 1 KB Swing

Min 2: 2 Wall Ball 2 KB Swing

Min 3: 3 Wall Ball 3 KB Swing

Etc…

* keep adding 1 rep to each movement every minute until you you fail to complete the designated amount of reps for that min.

* score will be total amount of reps completed

* if you fail to complete the designated amount of rep before the 15 min. Start back over at 1 until 15 min is up.
