This month we’d like to spotlight one of our youngest ‘OG’ CrossFit Rolesville athletes, Hudson Fothergill! Hudson started our youth program back in 2016 and was one of our first kids to sign up. He’s no stranger at the gym, whether he’s in class or just hanging out. Hudson is also one of the kindest and amicable kids we know. He always welcomes any newcomers to the youth class and constantly encourages his peers while working out. As an athlete, Hudson always listens to the coach and never complains, even if it’s not a likable movement. Every WOD he takes on, he gives it his all. This month, he turns 13 which bumps him up to the adult classes. We couldn’t be prouder of Hudson and can’t wait to see him excel in his fitness journey with CrossFit Rolesville.
