Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life. We combine movements such as running, rowing, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long lead by a CFR Coach and include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.
The CFR Barbell meets on Saturday at 10:30am. This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced Olympic Lifter looking to take their strength and skill to the next level. A multitude of skills and drills paired with a percentage based strength cycle will help athletes improve their snatch and clean & jerk totals.
We offer a training program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to help them develop a lifelong love for fitness. The workouts are age specific and designed for kids and teens to have FUN all while getting healthier and more fit! It is a fun and energetic atmosphere, so come let your kids try it out! CFR Youth is every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:45pm.
RomWod stands for Range Of Motion Workout Of the Day. It is a website that provides daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. CrossFit Rolesville’s affiliate account can be accessed on the kiosk in the front desk area of the gym during Open Gym hours.
